The Dolby Cinema Processor CP950 is our newest innovation in Dolby’s market-leading lineage of cinema processors. It’s designed with more of the capabilities you want — and less of those you don’t — in a flexible, modular, cost-efficient solution.

The CP950 supports our most seamless means of installing Dolby Surround 7.1 and 5.1 formats, and includes an expansion slot for upgradability to Dolby Atmos to deliver the most memorable and creatively accurate sound experience for your guests.

The CP950 was designed with our exhibitor partners’ operations in mind, so it’s easy to use, install, and service. A brand-new feature set includes a built-in booth monitor, an intuitive front-panel user interface, a color touchscreen, and a web interface for enhanced access and usability. Other features optimized for today’s cinema include internal loudspeaker crossovers, a high resolution multi-rate EQ, 16 channels of analog output, or 16 channels of digital output, supporting either AES67 or Blu-Link protocols.

The Dolby Atmos Cinema Processor CP950A, the newest addition to Dolby’s market-leading line of cinema processors, is designed to deliver an exceptionally immersive Dolby Atmos experience in a flexible, modular, cost-efficient solution.

Dolby Atmos provides filmmakers with a unique toolset for creating cinema audio, giving them unprecedented power and freedom to realize their creative visions. In your cinema, Dolby Atmos gives audiences moving audio that flows around them, a natural and enveloping sound experience that fully reflects the original artistic intent.

Maintaining the design philosophy of the award-winning Dolby Cinema Processor CP950, CP950A includes the same built-in booth monitor, intuitive touchscreen front panel user interface, web interface, internal loudspeaker crossovers, high-resolution multi-rate EQ, and 16 channels of analog output. With an integrated Dolby Atmos media block card, CP950A will support up to 64 channels of digital output using either AES67 or BLU Link. Simple to install, use, and service, CP950A has all the features necessary to deliver the fully immersive Dolby Atmos content as crafted by today’s leading filmmakers.

Dolby DAC3202

The Dolby DAC3202 allows you to use legacy amplifiers in Dolby Atmos installations. The Dolby Atmos Cinema Processor CP850, CP950A or IMS3000 employ an audio-over-Ethernet protocol to send a digital audio stream to Dolby DAC3202. A DAC3202 converts the digital audio stream to analog audio (up to 32 outputs) for connection to amplifiers.

A Dolby Atmos Cinema Processor CP850 or CP950A together with a single DAC3202 can support up to 48 speaker feeds (using the 16 analog outputs on the CP850 or CP950A). Installations with more than 48 speaker feeds will need two DAC3202s.

Dolby Odyssey 4XD2A 8-Channel D/A Converter CAT1796

The Odyssey 4XD2A is a low-cost Digital to Analog (D-to-A) converter designed for cinemas. It converts 5.1 audio with the capability of routing Hearing Impaired (HI) and Visually Impaired Narration (VI-N). If the installation requires Dolby Surround 7.1, HI/VI-N must be routed outside this device.

MAG MA-36 Speaker Processor

MA 36 is a 1U height 3 input / 6 output speaker processor for speaker management, protection and monitoring needs. It features 24-bit A/D and D/A convertors, 32-bit DSP, 3 analog inputs and 6 analog outputs with matrixing capabilities. Each input channel has functions of mute, 0-1000 ms delay, signal phase switch, and 6 band parametric EQ with customizable filter types. With the Q-SYS Core Nano processor, you have options! Use it to support an installation with network-only devices or add a few analog audio channels by pairing it with Attero Tech Series I/O devices. You also have the option to utilize our growing third-party plugin library or Q-SYS feature licenses to bring in/out other audio options into your Q-SYS Nano processor.

Network I/O Only
Core Nano offers purely networked AV&C processing without any on-board analog connections. This represents a major cost savings for those installations that have adopted modern networked endpoints and/or need a shared/centralized processing scenario.

Rightsized. Uncompromised.
Rather than deploying an AV&C processor with unused analog I/O that occupies a full rack space, Core Nano offers a smaller solution with several mounting options. However, its smaller form factor does not compromise on functionality; instead Core Nano delivers a full featured control engine for third-party device control, full paging and BGM capabilities, automation, monitoring and beyond.

Optimized for the Meeting Space
The Core Nano provides the AV infrastructure to enable full room web conference integration, particularly for larger, more challenging spaces. It features USB integration with all major web conferencing applications, eight channels of acoustic echo cancellation (AEC), two VoIP softphones, Software-based Dante to enable modern microphones, and a full-featured control engine for third-party device integration.

The Q-SYS Core Nano joins a growing lineup of AV&C processors built on a flexible software foundation. Like all Q-SYS Core processors, the Core Nano lets integrators take full advantage of the same Q-SYS software suite to design and configure systems.
